The suitcase is packed and under 50 lbs (barely). I decided to wear one of my pairs of jeans and I went with red on my toe nails. TMI? Too bad. Now I am sure that I am forgetting something -- but at this point I feel that I am done.
My flight leaves early tomorrow from Tucson. I have a direct flight to San Francisco thankfully. Many other FMFers are traveling much further and have multiple flights. Once in San Francisco I meet up with the other 199 teachers and settle in for Orientation and a reception at Consul General Yasumasa Nagamine's home.
Well I need to spend some time with my pups before I go. Poor Sipsey is so sad. She hates the suitcase. I will write more as soon as I can -- either from San Francisco or maybe from Tokyo. Either way, I will include pictures.
